Matching expectations

During the interview, we’ll inform you of the details of the position, answer your questions, and clarify your professional and personal ambitions for the future.

Final interview

We prepare you for the final interview that you will have with the company and answer any questions you might still have about the role. 

Evaluation

If you got the job: Congratulations! We support you during contractual negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial deal. If the company decides to move forward with another candidate, we call you to provide feedback and request to contact you again if anything new comes up.
