Your New Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the linchpin for the leadership team (CEO, CMO, CTO), providing essential support that keeps the innovation engine running smoothly. This is your chance to make a real difference in both the company and the future of cancer treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping a proactive eye on corporate commitments and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Organizing high-level meetings (Executive Meetings, Board Meetings, Investor Meetings, Advisory Boards), from sending out invites to crafting agendas, managing presentations, and taking minutes.
  • Building bridges with investors, partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assisting in the development and organization of governance materials and bolstering external communications.
  • Coordinating logistics for facility bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodations for meetings and conferences.
  • Managing executive and corporate calendars to optimize efficiency.


Who You Are:

You’re not just looking for a job; you’re looking to make your mark in the biotech world. You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in the Biotech or Pharma industries.
  • At least 8 years of related experience, with a bonus for international exposure.
  • A deep understanding of the nuances of our industry, from operations to conferences and Advisory Board processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. (Danish is a plus)
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach to work.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced international environment.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational talents.
  • A collaborative spirit, with strong interpersonal skills.
