Our mission is to revolutionize cancer care by enhancing immunotherapy’s efficacy, safety, and global patient accessibility. Initially focusing on pancreatic cancer, achieving Proof of Concept (PoC) could mark the discovery of the “holy grail” in tumor treatment, setting a new benchmark in oncology.


The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a commercially astute individual who aspires to become a Founder CEO, guiding our company through its initial and subsequent growth phases. This presents an unparalleled opportunity to establish a company from the ground up, backed by validated data and nearly three years of secured funding.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve its mission, including setting long-term goals and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Fundraising and Financial Oversight: Secure funding to support the company’s research, development, and commercial activities. Manage financial planning and investment strategies to ensure the company’s sustainability and growth.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Research and Development Oversight: Oversee the company’s R&D activities, ensuring the development of safe, effective, and innovative oncology therapeutics. Maintain a strong connection with the scientific and medical communities to stay at the forefront of oncology research.
  • Market and Business Development: Drive the commercialization of the company’s therapies, including market analysis, strategic partnerships, and business development activities.



  • Proven leadership experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for expertise in oncology and antibody therapeutics.
  • A Ph.D. or MD in a relevant field, with a deep understanding of cancer biology and immunotherapy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to make decisions based on a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating the company’s vision and progress to a variety of stakeholders, including investors, partners, employees, and the scientific community.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Copenhagen is a must.
