Join us at the forefront of developing smartphone apps that enable high-accuracy home (or anywhere) diagnostics. These apps provide convenience in high-income countries, eliminating the need to visit medical practices or hospitals. However, the real benefit lies in low- and middle-income countries, where medical practices may be far away, and necessary equipment is often unavailable.

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and market share in the mobile health diagnostics sector. We require a leader with a strong track record in sales, marketing, and business development within the digital healthcare industry. The product is slated for launch no later than the second quarter of this year, and we need a commercial leader who can support the growth and development of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience creating partnerships related to software and health-tech devices, scaling a commercial organization, and working with low- and middle-income countries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies targeting key markets and customer segments.
  • Build and lead the sales and marketing teams, setting ambitious goals and driving performance.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to align commercial strategies with product offerings.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and healthcare laws.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CCO or in a similar senior commercial role in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Ideally you have experience working in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Strong understanding of mobile health diagnostics and the broader healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with an ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Experience with Funding rounds is a plus
